How the enquiry form works
The form composes a structured message inside your browser. The site does not store the fields in a database or send them to an NIKOTECH server. When you choose WhatsApp or email, a draft opens for your review; information is transferred only if you send it.
Use of WhatsApp or your email service is also subject to that provider’s terms and privacy policy. NIKOTECH does not control their processing.
Sharing, retention and security
Information is available only to staff and providers who need it for the enquiry, site operations, security or legal obligations. Hosting, security, WhatsApp and email providers may process data outside Israel under their own arrangements.
Messages forming part of a business relationship are retained only as reasonably needed for response, service, records, legal rights or law. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no system can be completely secure.
Your choice and rights
Providing form details is not legally mandatory, but without a name and contact route we may not be able to respond. You may ask whether we hold personal information about you and request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping and legal needs.
Updates
We may update this policy as our services, processing or the law changes. The latest revision date appears above and material changes will be presented clearly.
